Thank you for shopping with Cashflow. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

⏱ Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During new drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience. 🙏

📦 Shipping Time

After your order is processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 3–7 business days

  • 🌎 International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

🧾 Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 📬
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

🏠 Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You will be responsible for paying the reshipping cost.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. ❌

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Cashflow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If this happens:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • You may also contact us and we’ll try to help, but replacement is not guaranteed.

🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties or additional charges required by their country

These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

🚫 Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Holidays or peak seasons
