1. When will my order ship? 🚚

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Once shipped, U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way.

2. Do you offer refunds? 💸

No. All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

Eligible returns may receive store credit or an exchange only if they meet our return conditions.

3. Can I exchange for a different size? 🔁

Yes, if:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The size you need is still in stock

Exchanges are not guaranteed for limited drops.

4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item? 🛠

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
If it’s our mistake, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Do not send anything back until you receive approval and instructions.

6. Who pays for return shipping? 📦

Customers pay for return shipping unless we sent the wrong or defective item.

7. Do you ship internationally? 🌍

Yes. International shipping times vary (usually 7–21 business days).

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

8. My tracking says “delivered” but I don’t have my package. 📬

Once marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we’ll try to help.

9. Can I change or cancel my order? ✏️

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed because we process orders quickly after checkout.
