All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds. 💸

Because our pieces are limited and made for exclusive drops, we only accept returns for store credit or exchanges under the conditions below.

📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be requested for return within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

If the item shows any signs of wear, stains, odors, damage, or alterations, the return will be denied and sent back to you. ❌

💳 No Refunds

We do not issue refunds to original payment methods.

If your return is approved, you will receive:

  • Store credit equal to the item price (not including shipping)
    or

  • An exchange for the same item in a different size (if available)

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited drops / exclusive releases

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will send return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. 📸
We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.

⚠️ Chargebacks & Abuse

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in your order being blacklisted from future purchases. We’re always here to fix real problems the right way. 🤝
